FEELING UNFULFILLED?

Is there a bit of you that's just a bit fed up? Perhaps you feel a bit 'meh', off balance, resentful and as though your life isn't going in the direction you'd like it to... even if everything looks great on the outside.

 

Trouble is, when we feel like this, where do we even start? So we just stay stuck, lost and confused.

STUCK.

You feel unfulfilled with your life right now, perhaps you know why too. Yet, despite wanting to make change, taking those steps feels really difficult. 

LOST.

The thing you're stuck with is starting to impact everything you're doing. You feel like you've lost who you are and have no sense of where you're going. 

CONFUSED.

You don't know how you move forward from here. You think perhaps this is just it for you, and that you'll have to make do with this version of your life. 

It enabled me to challenge my thoughts, hand my notice in to a job which was draining me, and put that energy into things which are allowing the best version of me to emerge. It helped me realise that I could (and should) unapologetically advocate for my needs and each time I notice this in myself since the course I feel a little bit proud.

HI, I'M MEG

Positive Psychologist. Leader. Lover of Cake. 

 

I get it. I've been there. My life looked pretty rosy on the outside. I was the one with it all together. The career, the house, the car, the dream. On the inside? A gentle and constant buzz that this wasn't it. The noise was getting louder, I was working harder and harder, but I was still lost, fed up and thinking this is just what life was.... so I got on with it.

 

Until I made a decision not to live my life with that buzz. I discovered the science of happiness and learned that not being unhappy isn't the same as being happy. 

 

So, I started to create shifts. I defined my version of happiness and lived unapologetically in line with that version of myself. 

 

I completed my Masters degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology so that I can not only understand the science of happiness, but help you apply it to your life too. 

 

I don't believe there is a blueprint for life that works for everyone. This isn't one size fits all. There is nothing that matters more than your own version of happiness, so I made it my life's mission to help you find it. To understand what flourishing means to you... and support you with the courage to go for it.

When I signed up to Courage to Flourish I was really anxious and had lost my confidence in a lot of things. Going through the training with Meg and the other ladies who joined I felt like I wasn’t alone and they brought up things that I was feeling too. Since doing the training my confidence is growing and I’m getting back to being myself. Definitely do this if you feel a bit lost.

    In week one, we'll be looking at why you're feeling like this and understanding why your brain is keeping you here. With this hope, we'll start to look at future you and you'll be leaving with crystal clarity on what being the happiest version of you really means, and gaining a clear direction to flourish.

    WEEK TWO - CREATING MOMENTUM

    In week two, we'll start to look at your pathway to where you'd like to be. When we think of creating life shifts, we often think of the big goals... this week we'll be learning more about why we're aiming for momentum, not motivation.

    WEEK THREE - CREATING COURAGE

    By week three, you'll know where you want to go to get yourself unstuck and will have a plan of action to move forward, but we want to create BIG shifts here for you to know, with conviction, you're going to have the courage and confidence to execute!

    WEEK FOUR - CREATING COMMITMENT

    In week four we'll be celebrating where we've come from and how we're going to continue the momentum. We'll be looking at continuing your path when the programme is over so you can still continue to flourish! 

I can’t thank Meg enough for the workshop she put together and most importantly, it made me realise that even though things can be scary - you should prioritise your happiness and do it anyway!!

I feel so lucky to have worked with Meg throughout the process, she’s so attentive to everyone & so encouraging. Are the sessions recorded?

Absolutely! If you can't make a session live, they will be recorded and added to your training portal for you to catch up on anytime! 


How long will I have access to the training platform for?

FOREVER! Yup, that means if you ever feel stuck again, you can go back to your learnings! 


When does it take place?

The live session will take place at 6:30pm on every Thursday in October. They will take place on Zoom and can be accessed anywhere in the world.


I'm not sure a group programme is for me 

That's totally cool - we find that getting to know people on your course is a really valuable experience to know that you're not alone with this. If you're really not feeling sharing, you can work with Meg one to one in her coaching programmes too.
